Happens Daily in the evening

1. Clear out Inbox
2. Set all currently prioritized tasks in 'THIS WEEK' to p4.
3. Go through the 'THIS WEEK' project in Todoist, picking the top 2 non-negotiable tasks and mark them as p1.
4. Next pick the remaining 8 tasks, marking them as either p2 or p3.
5. Open calendar and review remainder of the week.
6. Add p1s to calendar literally.

Weekly

Happens Weekly on Saturday mornings

1. Clear out Inbox
2. Move all 'NEXT WEEK' tasks over to 'THIS WEEK' without evaluating them first
3. Go through the 'THIS MONTH' project and move tasks into either 'THIS WEEK' or 'NEXT WEEK'
4. Cull out any stale or irrelevant tasks from 'THIS WEEK', 'NEXT WEEK' and 'THIS MONTH'

Monthly

Happens on the morning of the Final Saturday of each month

1. Clear out Inbox
2. Move all 'NEXT MONTH' tasks over to 'THIS MONTH' without evaluating them first
3. Move all 'NEXT WEEK' tasks over to 'THIS WEEK' without evaluating them first
4. Go through the 'LONG TERM' project and move tasks into their desired categories
5. Go through the 'THIS MONTH' project and move tasks into either 'THIS WEEK' or 'NEXT WEEK'
6. Cull out any stale or irrelevant tasks from 'THIS WEEK', 'NEXT WEEK', 'THIS MONTH', 'NEXT MONTH' and 'LONG TERM'
