The second Save the Cat (Save the Cat! Writes a Novel) beat is Theme Stated (15 Story Beats). Somewhere within the first 10% of your book, you need to include a statement that captures the entire theme of the character's growth journey. Typically stated by someone other than the main character, the hero of the book needs to be either dismissive or actively against the idea.

Your theme will most likely be around who the character needs to become (Characters Must Change for Gripping Stories) after the whole journey is over.

A pithy statement is enough. Make it subtle.
